Website development process

Typically, a website follows common methodologies, models and patterns. One example of this is the website lifecycle model.

The website lifecycle model is a good way of looking at how we go about building your website from your initial ideas to the life of the website.

We love websites

Website Lifecycle Model

The life of a website is a bit like the life of a human: first comes the relationship, next is the birth, and before you know it your baby has grown up to be very successful.

Analysis

We work with you on your ideas to make sure we fully understand what you are thinking. We identify any problems before we start, saving you time and money.

Specification

By consulting closely with you, we help turn your ideas into a plan. We then show you the plan to see if everything has been covered.

Design and Development

Once you are happy with the plan, we then take it and draw up a few designs. You pick which is the best and then we develop the design into a concept.

Content

As the concept is no good by itself our team of graphic designers, writers, and proof readers work with you creating effective content.

Programming

We then work on the functionality of the website so that the website can do lots of useful things.

Testing

Our team of quality controllers tear the website apart to make sure everything works and you are happy with what we have delivered.

Marketing

We then launch your website and set out to make sure everybody in the world who you want knowing about your website pays a visit (or lots).

Maintenance

As the upkeep of any website is very important, we work with you in ensuring the website works as good as it possibly can.

Analysis

The cycle starts all over again, apart from this time you don't have to start from scratch, saving you even more time and money!
